Chief Executive Officer - Kylie Waters, MBA,CPA

Kylie has spent 20 years as a leader in healthcare and has held roles as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President in long term care organizations and as EVPHA Director/Business Partners in a large acute care health system.

Kylie's experience encompasses accomplishment in business analytics and revenue cycle design. Additionally, she successfully developed a long term care management start-up and contributed original sourced revenue enhancement and cost reduction projects of over $6M during a three year project at an acute care health system.

Chief Clinical Officer - Jackie Strader, BSN

With over 30 years of clinical experience, Jackie has led the long term care industry in roles as Chief Clinical Officer, Senior Director of Clinical Education, Director of Nursing, and MDS Coordintor. She also served in acute care operations as a unit staff nurse for oncology and TBI units.

Jackie previously held regulatory leadership roles including Deputy Executive Director/State Long Term Care Ombudsman for the State of Kentucky and Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs for the Wisconsin Healthcare Association.

Executive CONSULTANT - Karen Clancy, PhD, MBA

Dr. Clancy’s background includes thirty-plus years of experience in health care, providing executive leadership for acute inpatient, ambulatory, and specialty care.

Dr. Clancy specializes in patient experience, provider education and engagement, and workforce training.
